At Hella Heels AU, we want you to feel empowered in your purchase; if your heels aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure all footwear is trialled on carpeted surfaces to maintain the integrity of the soles and avoid disqualifying your return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your heels are in original, unworn condition with all protective plastic films intact and original packaging included.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel back to our Australian warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
